We’re looking for a Data Engineer to join our expanding team and contribute to our developing platform. As part of our Product & Tech team, you’ll help tackle upcoming challenges and develop innovative data solutions that support our next phase of growth. You will design, build and automate in such a way we and our customers have a steady supply of fresh data from a huge number of sources that is ever growing.
What you will be doing:
As Data Engineer you are responsible for monitoring, improving and solving critical problems in our data platform. You will also help us to further develop our platform by creating access to more sources of data and enhance our data pipelines with AI. You are co-responsible for the flow of data from and through our central platform.
You will have the opportunity to directly build your own solutions (such as: Web Scrapers, Internal Functions and CD/CI pipelines) while ensuring scalability. As an organization and team, we always want to improve and develop, and we encourage you to be involved in these improvements.
Projects and challenges you’ll work on:
Projects we are taking on in the upcoming months and you will be part of:
- Upgrade data pipelines to use Azure Functions and improved logging;
- Improve the news crawler regarding automating relevance tagging with AI;
- Implement an AI Summary solution on data from files.
Ongoing work that you will be doing:
- Develop and maintain the different data pipelines and web scrapers.
- Deploy and monitor data services as well as CI/CD workflows on top of our Azure infrastructure.
- Improve our A-INSIGHTS platform to keep it reliable, scalable, and future proof.
- Follow data engineering best practices for design, architecture and testing.
Tech stack:
The stacks you’ll be mainly working with are:

No experience with all of these tech stacks yet, but worked with similar stack but eager to learn? No problem—we will make sure you get the support you need!
Your talent
- You have a couple of years (2-4 years) experience with programming (Python or a similar language will do)
- You have worked before with Data Gathering and ingestion, Data Automation and Efficiency and / or Data Pipeline Design
- You have experience working with data and can work methodically and identify patterns within data processes.
- You are an independent thinker and are eager to take on challenges and drive results.
